Do Sellectronics Box Build?
Yes, we offer the complete manufacturing turnkey solution, from bare PCB’s through to complete Box build of the finished tested unit.
Are Sellectronics able to clean PCBA’s?
Yes, we can clean boards to MilSpec if required, using our MB Tech NC25 PCB Cleaner.
How many SMT/SMD lines do you have?
We currently have two separate lines, with a placement rate of approx. 57,000 CPH combined.
What batch sizes can you handle?
Prototype’s – 1off, through to 150 off
Mainstream Production – 25 off – 5,000 off, we do have one customer currently taking 10,000 items per drop..
What information do you require to get us a quotation?
Ideally, a full manufacturing pack would be awesome, but we can give you a quotation on as little as Gerber Data and a Bill of Materials (BOM)
What information is normally in a standard manufacturing pack?
A standard manufacturing pack for us, will content the following –
ODB++ Data
Gerber Data
BOM in excel format (other format’s i.e. PDF can be sorted)
Assembly drawings
Any special manufacturing instructions
Test Instructions
Do Sellectronics Test PCBA’s & Finished Box build units.

Yes, we often win business where other CEM/EMS companies have let the customer down and the demand still needs fulfilling. Recently produced 45,000 items for a company in Plymouth for that very same reason, all on a tight time-scale.
